JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Coordinator serves to coordinate Human Resource support to each unit within the four instructional divisions. This position is not a supervisory position. The Talent Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Human Resource unit team to facilitate talent management, certification, hiring, and compliance support. The Talent Coordinator is also the primary facilitator of personnel actions (e.g., hiring, terminations, transfers, promotions, etc.) within the four instructional divisions. The Talent Coordinator serves as the point of contact for division leadership by communicating and advising division leadership across multiple human resource work functions. The Talent Coordinator is a general subject matter expert in the areas of employee relations; position and personnel management; retention; and other human resource functions. Talent Coordinators supporting central office departments will serve similar roles and coordinate similar work functions.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required in the following human resource functions: human resource management, human resource development, business administration, organizational leadership, or education. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university not related to one of the fields listed may substitute one additional year of experience in place of a degree in a field listed.*

WORK EXPERIENCE
Candidate must meet one of the work experience requirements listed below.*
3 years of minimum experience required in one or more human resource functional areas, if candidate holds a bachelor’s degree related to the fields listed in the education section above.
4 years of minimum experience required in one or more human resource functional areas, if candidate holds a bachelor’s degree not related to the fields listed in the education section above.
