About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Communications Coordinator - Bond Projects to lead the planning, management, and implementation of bond-related communications and community outreach campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with district staff, campuses, and external stakeholders to increase community engagement and raise awareness about the district’s bond programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communications Leadership: Develop family-friendly, timely, and engaging content across websites, newsletters, social media, and traditional media.
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce print and digital materials, ensuring all communications align with brand standards.
  • Community Engagement: Implement inclusive outreach campaigns to engage stakeholders, especially those in underrepresented communities.
  • Digital Management: Create and maintain compelling website pages to educate staff, students, and the community about bond programs and long-range facilities planning.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Partner with district departments, schools, and external organizations to maximize communication effectiveness.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and coordinating bond-related events.
  • Data Reporting: Compile and present reports on communication efforts to district leadership.

Entry Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous work with A K-12 bond program strongly preferred.
