Primary Purpose:
Supervise the collection and reporting of district Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) data. Supervise district testing coordinator in the direction, supervision, and management of the testing program. Provide leadership to ensure high standards of auditing of PEIMS data, and direct proper data entry. Provide leadership and coordination to an aligned and articulated instructional assessment, accountability, and data analysis program for the district.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Education related field
Education/Certification:
Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership preferred
Texas Teaching certificate required
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of PEIMS Reporting and Data Entry Requirements
Knowledge of state testing and accountability programs
Experience administering STAAR/EOC, TELPAS, College Board and ACT assessments
Experience:
3 years classroom experience
3 years of instructional leadership experience
