Qualifications:Education/Certification:Education/Certification:Master’s degree in educational administrationTexas principal or other appropriate Texas certificateCertified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiserSpecial Knowledge/Skills:Working knowledge of curriculum and instructionAbility to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectivenessAbility to manage budget and personnelAbility to implement policy and proceduresAbility to interpret dataExcellent organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skillsExperience:Three years experience as a classroom teacherPreferred experience as lead teacher.
