Position Purpose Supports the organization’s Compensation programs, processes, and strategies to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Compensation programs include but are not limited to administrative oversight of all job descriptions, the job classification process, benchmarking, and salary surveys. Leads job evaluations, data analyses, and assists with the development, implementation, and monitoring of the effectiveness of a new and/or revised compensation plans to support the organization.
